I’m an acupuncturist with eight years of experience and especially enjoy working with people whose health concerns are complex, persistent, or haven’t been well served by conventional approaches.

I believe our health is shaped not only by our bodies, but also by our relationships, environments, histories, and access to resources. My goal is to provide care that respects each person’s autonomy, helps them better understand their bodies, and creates practical possibilities for healing.

My own experience as a patient at a community acupuncture clinic inspired me to become an acupuncturist. Since then, I’ve worked in community clinics, addiction-recovery and multidisciplinary healthcare settings, special-education services, and community outreach.

I have experience treating acute and chronic pain, injuries, reproductive and hormonal health, digestive and autoimmune conditions, sleep and mental health concerns, cancer support, and substance-use recovery. I also have experience with disability, chronic illness, gender-affirming and trans health, and caring for people across the lifespan. I particularly value working with people whose needs are interconnected or don’t fit neatly into a single diagnosis.

I strive to make treatment feel both efficient and personal. Whether you’re new to acupuncture, nervous about needles, or have a long and complicated health history, I want you to feel listened to, respected, and at ease.

A teacher once told me “The purpose of the Heart is to look for joy and the measure of our success is how much joy we’re able to make.” I try to keep this message as a guiding star in my practice.

I am a general practitioner but especially like to work with GI issues, pain, pregnancy & postpartum support, and perimenopause symptoms.
